With a handful of skilled technocrats, we started out differently by brewing ideas in a small kitchen space. We focused on creating experiences that were unique to customers until then. And in no time, the bunch of passionate ecommerce architects succeeded in developing a local company into one that was trusted and loved globally.
True professionals always get tested and we were no exception. Our team proved its mettle time and again, scaling to a credible boutique company known for its problem-solving abilities. Our workforce grew from three to 100 and along with it our vision took shape. How to never lose sight of the client's business problems while delivering technology that suited all challenging situations became our mantra.
This the period that played a definitive role in shaping our culture. We realized it was our mission to build a home for the best technical talent in the retail industry, alongside becoming the preferred tech services destination for the biggest retailers. To forge a unique path in the services industry we had to focus on culture first, and preserve and nurture that culture even as we scaled. With the benefit of hindsight, we can say that this was the all-important year that made us who we are today.
Litmus7 is at a stage in its journey where we realize technology is not enough. Artists, not engineers, created this world. Their ability to dream up utopias is the starting point of any technology revolution. Engineering merely executes on the artist's vision of the world. It is this ability to conjure up a vision of the future that we now seek. We believe unified commerce, artificial intelligence, and IOT will connive to bring forth retail singularity, a point where the fundamentals of the industry shall no longer hold true. Our mission is to help our clients get to and get past retail singularity with success.
